Interviews can be intimidating, but with enough practice everyone can be a stellar interviewee. While many believe that having sufficient work history is enough. It isn't. First impressions matter and you have a finite amount of time to make it. Good interviewers make note of your responses in a variety of ways.

Did you understand the question or problem statement?

How did you reach your particular hypothesis?

How structured was your explanation?

The goal is to tell your own story, properly structure your responses, and also understand the subtext of the trickier questions. For individuals interested in working within the Product space, it is required that you demonstrate some additional leadership capabilities to demonstrate you can successful collaborate with Analysts, Marketers, Designers, Engineers, Architects, and other Stakeholders.

This service is open to anyone but is most applicable to:

What to Expect

The engagement is comprised of two phases.

Phase 1 is sharing your overall career goals, upcoming interviews if any, and self-perceived strengths and weaknesses. This can be provided to me in written format or over a call.

Phase 2 will be scheduling mock-interviews on a video conferencing tool. You should prepare for these sessions like a real interview.

Output / Deliverables

One-on-one video call sessions to prepare you for your interviews. We will work together to craft your personal story or narrative while practicing your answers. This includes case studies so you can demonstrate subject matter expertise and foundational skills such as critical thinking, market analysis, and how to manage trade-offs.
