The Chakra system, is comprised of many chakras, but I help you assess and visualize your primary 7.
In these sessions we can review your current lifestyle choices, in order to see what area of your body needs to be focused on.
Through these personalized sessions, you will then receive actionable tools, and clarity to help you work towards, visceral well being.
This could mean a focus on breathwork, meditation , career changes, or lifestyle choices.
