Before moving on to the design, I review your presentation to ensure that the structure and message are clear. This is not an in-depth copywriting correction, but rather guidance on how to better organise the information and highlight the essentials. This ensures that each slide contributes to and connects with your audience. / Antes de pasar al diseño, reviso tu presentación para asegurar que la estructura y el mensaje estén claros. No es una corrección profunda de copywriting, pero sí una guía para ordenar mejor la información y destacar lo esencial. Así te aseguras de que cada diapositiva aporte y conecte con tu audiencia.
Mood board or style example / Moodboard o ejemplo de estilo
Together, we create the visual style that will define the entire presentation: colours, fonts, image style and iconography. This step gives you a clear idea of what your presentation will look like before designing all the slides, and allows us to align the aesthetics with your brand or the tone you want to convey. / Creamos junt@s la línea visual que marcará toda la presentación: colores, tipografías, estilo de imágenes e iconografía. Design of up to 20 slides / Diseño de hasta 20 diapositivas
I develop the complete design of your presentation, taking care of composition, visual hierarchy and readability. Each slide is custom-made, following the approved mood board. If you need more than 20 slides, they can be added at an additional cost per slide. / Desarrollo el diseño completo de tu presentación cuidando composición, jerarquía visual y legibilidad. Cada diapositiva se crea a medida, siguiendo el moodboard aprobado. Si necesitas más de 20 slides, se pueden añadir con un coste adicional por cada una.
Fonts, colour palette and visual resources included / Tipografías, paleta y recursos visuales incluidos
You won't have to worry about looking for anything extra: I select legible and professional fonts, define a consistent colour palette and prepare graphic resources such as icons, shapes or royalty-free images. Everything is designed to reinforce your message and maintain visual consistency. / No tendrás que preocuparte por buscar nada extra: selecciono tipografías legibles y profesionales, defino una paleta de color coherente y preparo recursos gráficos como iconos, formas o imágenes libres de derechos. Todo pensado para reforzar tu mensaje y mantener coherencia visual.
2 rounds of adjustments / 2 rondas de ajustes
Once the design has been delivered, you can ask me to make changes to polish details or adjust whatever you need. I include two rounds of feedback so that you have enough time to review without additional costs. / Una vez entregado el diseño, podrás pedirme cambios para pulir detalles o ajustar lo que necesites. Incluyo dos rondas de feedback para que tengas margen suficiente de revisión sin sobrecostes.
Editable PowerPoint + PDF file / Archivo editable en PowerPoint + PDF
I deliver the presentation in two formats: an editable PowerPoint file (so you can modify text or images in the future) and an optimised PDF version ready to send or present without complications. / Te entrego la presentación en dos formatos: el editable en PowerPoint (para que puedas modificar textos o imágenes en el futuro) y una versión optimizada en PDF lista para enviar o presentar sin complicaciones.
FAQs
Yes, all presentations design projects include up to two rounds of review. Any subsequent revisions will be charged on an hourly basis. / Sí. Todos los proyectos de diseño de presentaciones incluyen hasta dos rondas de revisión. Cualquier revisión posterior se cobrará por hora.
I always work with a contract so that everything is clear from the start, so you can see all the details there. Even so, don't worry: I usually offer a partial refund for the work done up to that point. / Siempre trabajo con contrato para que todo quede claro desde el principio, así que ahí puedes ver todos los detalles. Aun así, no te preocupes: suelo ofrecer un reembolso parcial por lo trabajado hasta ese punto.
I don't give full refunds, because there's time, creativity and work invested behind the scenes. What I do is be fair: if you decide to stop the project before exhausting the rounds of changes, you'll receive what has been done up to that point so that you always have a result at hand. / No hago reembolsos completos, porque detrás hay tiempo, creatividad y trabajo invertido. Lo que sí hago es ser justa: si decides parar el proyecto antes de agotar las rondas de cambios, recibirás lo que esté avanzado hasta ese momento para que siempre tengas un resultado a mano.
