When the app store doesn't have it

Most Shopify problems have an app. The ones that don't tend to be the ones closest to how your store actually makes money — a membership only your best customers should get, wholesale pricing that must never leak to retail, a cart incentive tuned to your margins rather than a generic template.
I build those. Custom apps and storefront features that run on your store, priced as a project instead of a monthly subscription you pay forever.

What I've built

A paid membership program. A savings teaser showing shoppers what their cart would cost as a member, a spend-triggered join prompt, and backend entitlement logic that applies the discount automatically at checkout. It runs at roughly 2,500 members on a $99/month subscription.
A native B2B and wholesale system. Company accounts on Shopify's built-in B2B rather than a third-party wholesale app, conditional theme logic so wholesale pricing only renders for logged-in buyers, automatic company-level discounting, and invoicing and collections automation. Month-end reconciliation went from over ten hours to under two.
A tiered gift-in-cart app. Threshold-based free gifts from $150 up to $1,250, with server-side validation and merchandiser controls so the team can change tiers and swap gifts without a developer.

How I work

I scope against your margins, not a feature list. A cart incentive that loses money on every order is a successful build and a failed project, so the first conversation is about the economics.
Everything is validated server-side. If a discount, a membership benefit, or a wholesale price can be obtained by someone who hasn't earned it, eventually it will be.
I build for the merchandiser, not just for launch. Thresholds, gifts, tiers, and pricing should be changeable by your team without calling me.

Stack
