About this service
Summary
Started with finding problems where the business has an overwhelming amount of phone calls from customers inquiring about product availability. As a group, we decided to create a plan for a website that will decrease the number of phone calls and reduce waiting time. The unified modeling language is used to illustrate the required system modeling and relationships within the database.
