A comprehensive research plan to determine where the best opportunity to provide impact to the users and the business will be. Depending on the product and users this may be a survey, interviews, or live testing. I will provide the scripts and can conduct this research as well.
Research Analysis & Report
A report covering the findings and further opportunities to learn more about your customers. This report will inform the next stage of UX improvments.
UX Ideation
At least 3 approaches to solving each opportunity for improvement
Mockups & Documentation
Final designs for hand-off to the development team with corresponding documentation in accordance with your existing design work.
Follow Up Research
A follow up test to see the impact of the changes
