What if I dont want to include every step of the process?
I highly recommend we go through each stage of the process as many bits of knowledge will be uncovered in each step. If you would still like to focus on a particular section of the process I am happy to make adjustments in our initial call where we set expectations.
What's included
Current Product Overview
A clear report on the current product pain points and opportunities for improvement. These will be followed by concise research options for how to better inform us in the design process.
Research Plan
A comprehensive research plan to determine where the best opportunity to provide impact to the users and the business will be. Depending on the product and users this may be a survey, interviews, or live testing. I will provide the scripts and can conduct this research as well.
Research Analysis & Report
A report covering the findings and further opportunities to learn more about your customers. This report will inform the next stage of UX improvments.
UX Ideation
At least 3 approaches to solving each opportunity for improvement
Mockups & Documentation
Final designs for hand-off to the development team with corresponding documentation in accordance with your existing design work.
Follow Up Research
A follow up test to see the impact of the changes
