How do we communicate during the project?
In addition to Contra messages and emails, I’ll invite you to my studio’s Slack workspace (PixelOrb). We’ll manage all updates, feedback, and communication there for a smoother workflow.
How do payments work?
Payments are handled securely through Contra. For branding kits, I usually work with either full upfront payment or split milestones (like 50% to start, 50% upon delivery) whatever works best for the project scope.
Can I update my kit later if my brand evolves?
Absolutely. The kit is your foundation. If you’re ready to expand, whether it’s packaging, a website, or social templates, I can build on top of what we’ve started and grow your brand’s identity with you.
Why should I invest in a branding kit instead of just a logo?
A logo alone is just a symbol. A branding kit gives you a complete visual identity: colors, typography, logo variations, and guidelines that make your brand look intentional and consistent. It’s the difference between looking like a business and feeling like a brand.
Do I need design experience to use the kit?
Not at all. I’ll deliver everything in a clean, easy-to-use format (with usage guidelines). Whether you’re DIYing content or handing files to a developer, they’ll know exactly how to apply the brand.
