Summary

What can I expect from your service?
By the end of this engagement, you will have a streamlined Notion workspace/template that contains everything you need to manage your project(s), with nothing you don't need and nothing you don't understand. 
How will you do this?
We'll start with a free 45-minute Discovery Call. This is a great opportunity for us to introduce ourselves and decide if we are a good fit for each other. 
All it costs you is less than an hour of your time.
After the call, I will share a proposal for how I would like to shape the deliverables and the key milestones. If we're all happy, we get down to business. 
All property types will be included, including complex formulas. Complex formulas might be required for use cases such as detailed database analysis (e.g., combining and transforming multiple data types) or maintaining complex relationships between multiple databases (e.g., creating a Project Management Office Function)
This package also includes 6 hours of workshops. These are the perfect opportunity to understand how Notion works and how to use your workspace/template. These can be run with as large an audience as necessary to make sure the deliverable is successfully embedded in your business. The sessions, recorded on a platform of your choice, can be revisited for reference or included in onboarding material for new hires/team members.
Finally, your workspace/template will come with a video (or set of videos) detailing how to use it and embedded within a specific How-To's & FAQ page.

    A call to get a detailed understanding of your requirements. Following the call, I will share a proposal for your review and schedule a follow up if necessary.

  • Workspace/Template

    A custom Notion Workspace/Template, either based on your preexisting Notion setup or built from scratch.

  • Workshops on how to use Notion & perfect your Project Management

    The output will be an implementation document that maps your Notion workspace/template along with rationale to help you maintain your Notion going forward. Workshop recordings can be provided for future reference.

  • Custom Tutorials

    Tutorials on how to use your custom Notion workspace/template, recorded on the platform of your choice.
