Smileline is a dental clinic website template for Framer. Every treatment lives in the CMS with its own page, and patients can tick treatments, choose insurance, a membership plan or neither, and see what they would pay at once or per month before they book.
Other clinics that price treatments up front: physio, dermatology, vets
Pages
Home: hero with a live open/closed badge, promises, treatments from the CMS, cost estimator, a section for nervous patients, team, reviews, opening hours and FAQ
Treatment: image, price, chair time, number of visits, typical insurance, how it feels, and the cost estimator with that treatment already ticked (9 example treatments)
Treatments: every treatment from the CMS plus an emergency call band
Costs: the full estimator and three ways to pay
Book: a visit-time picker plus a booking form

Working components
Cost Estimator: your treatments and fees as a simple list (Name:price:Category). Visitors tick treatments and set quantities, then switch between no insurance, insurance (coverage % per category, deductible and annual maximum) and your membership plan (monthly fee, discount). Optional 0% payment plan shows the monthly amount. The button passes the choices to your booking page, and it can fill a hidden form field.
Open Now: reads your weekly hours in your clinic's time zone and shows Open now, Closing soon or when you open next. Optional full week table with today highlighted.
Visit Picker: your opening hours, visit length and regularly taken times become two weeks of bookable times. Patients pick up to N, and the picks are sent with the Framer form.
Also
Desktop, tablet and phone layouts with a phone menu
Fraunces and Manrope (both free), with colours and text styles in one place
Good to know
The estimator does arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It doesn't connect to insurers, and real coverage differs by plan, which the component says on the page.
The Visit Picker shows times you type in; it doesn't sync with a practice management system or block a time once someone books. You confirm by text or email.
Bookings arrive as Framer form submissions (email or a webhook you connect).
