Polaroid Stack | Framer Component by Sasha BalandinaPolaroid Stack | Framer Component | Contra
Polaroid Stack — a drag-to-cycle photo stack with smooth spring physics, customizable polaroid frames, and full typography control. Drop it in, add your images, and let visitors swipe through your memories.

Drag interaction

Swipe or drag the top card in any direction to send it to the back. Spring-based animation gives every shuffle a satisfying, physical feel. Adjust the swipe threshold to control how deliberate the gesture needs to be — from a quick flick to a longer pull.
The stack responds to both mouse and touch input, so it works on desktop and mobile out of the box.

Frame design

Every card is wrapped in a classic polaroid-style frame. Customize it to match your project:
Frame color — white, black, or any brand color
Frame padding — controls the white border around the photo
Caption area — adjustable height for the text strip below the image
Corner radius — sharp or rounded edges
Optional border with color and width controls
Shadow intensity — from subtle to dramatic

Stack behavior

Cards sit in a layered stack with depth. Control how the stack looks and feels:
Stack gap — vertical offset between cards
Stack tilt — rotation angle for that scattered, casual look

Image control

Choose how photos fill the frame:
Cover — fills the area, crops if needed
Contain — fits the full image, adds background
Fill — stretches to fit

Typography

Full Framer font picker for captions — choose any typeface, weight, size, and alignment. Style your captions to match anything from handwritten notes to clean sans-serif labels.

Who it's for

Designers building portfolio pages, about sections, or personal showcases
Template creators who want an interactive gallery element

What's included

Framer code component with organized property panel. Responsive sizing — drag the frame handles and cards follow. Lean defaults that look good out of the box. GPU-accelerated animations for smooth performance. Touch and mouse support. Up to 10 photos with individual captions.
