Instead of only receiving the template files, you’ll have ongoing website support through a focused monthly request system.

I’ll help customize the template around your brand, content, visuals, and offer, then support the website with layout refinements, responsive polish, copy improvements, basic SEO/AEO updates, bug fixes, and ongoing website improvements.

Launch Partner is a monthly customization and support plan.

Work is handled through focused website requests, one active request at a time. This keeps the process organized, avoids scattered feedback, and makes sure each task gets proper attention.

The goal is to help you launch faster, improve continuously, and keep your website updated without handling the design or technical details yourself.

Each month includes up to 4 focused website requests.

A focused request is a specific website task that usually fits within 1–2 hours of work.

Examples of focused requests include:

• Updating copy or CTAs • Adding or editing a section • Adding simple new pages using existing template sections • Improving the mobile layout • Updating pricing, FAQ, testimonials, or logos • Adjusting spacing, layout, or visuals • Fixing bugs • Improving SEO titles or descriptions • Swapping images or content • Making small design improvements • Updating content after launch • Polishing responsiveness • Refining basic SEO/AEO details

Requests are completed one active request at a time.

Standard turnaround is usually 2–5 business days per request, depending on scope, feedback, and availability.

Larger requests may count as multiple requests, be split across multiple request cycles, or require a separate quote depending on the scope.

Copywriting can be included as a focused request, but larger copywriting needs, such as writing multiple full pages from scratch, may count as multiple requests or be split across multiple request cycles.

Unused requests do not roll over to the next month.

Launch Partner can support larger customization work, but it is handled through the monthly request system.

This means heavy customization may be split across multiple request cycles instead of being completed all at once.

This keeps the plan sustainable and makes sure every client gets focused, consistent support without turning the subscription into unlimited full-time work.

To keep the plan fair and sustainable, some larger tasks are not included by default.

This plan does not include:

• Full website redesigns from scratch • New full template builds • Complex custom code systems • Advanced integrations • Full SEO strategy • Large multi-page website expansions • Complex animations outside the original template system • Urgent same-day turnaround by default • Unlimited requests or unlimited revisions

Third-party costs such as Framer plans, domains, paid plugins, premium fonts, stock assets, integrations, external tools, or subscriptions are not included.

Larger requests can still be done, but they may need to be split across multiple request cycles or quoted separately.

Launch Partner is billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

There is no long-term commitment.

Any work already completed during the active billing period remains yours, but cancelling the plan ends future support, updates, requests, and ongoing customization.

To keep the process moving, you may need to provide brand assets, content, images, videos, login access, domain details, feedback, references, or any other information needed to complete the request.

Delays in providing required assets, access, or feedback may affect turnaround time.

Support is handled asynchronously.

You can send your requests, feedback, assets, copy, and updates, and I’ll work through them in a focused and organized way.
