EnglishLevel Pro is a downloadable Founding Pilot Edition for English tutors, language schools and training teams working with learners aged 16 and over. It supports teacher-led course placement with editable Word files, print-ready PDFs and an Excel scoring workbook.

The written Form A assessment contains 100 questions and takes 67 minutes. It covers grammar and vocabulary knowledge, reading comprehension and recognition of functional language in written choices. Quick Placement gives a provisional written-test estimate. Extended Placement adds separately rated writing and speaking using a provisional integration rule. Listening is not assessed.

Academy Edition: up to 5 users and 500 administrations in 12 months. Rename and brand candidate materials while retaining a small copyright line. Institutional Edition: up to 25 users and 2,000 administrations in 12 months. Remove candidate-facing attribution within your legal entity; retain administrator copyright and version notices. Each edition covers one legal entity for 12 months from the order, with no automatic renewal. The workbook's 300-row capacity is separate from the licence allowance.

INTERPRET WITH TEACHER EVIDENCE CEFR targets and model-derived cut scores are provisional. All objective totals from 0 to 32 require Review and Staff review required; they do not establish a beginner level. A valid staff override needs a non-blank reason. Invalid answers, ratings and duplicate IDs must be corrected. Written-test strengths describe recognition, not established speaking, writing or listening ability.

Only objective Form A is included. Task B and Card B are alternatives, not validated parallel forms. No replacement objective form, hosted testing platform, listening assessment, live training, custom implementation or guaranteed future upgrade is included. Keep live test content and keys private; share only the separate public sample intact.

RELEASE STATUS This Founding Pilot Edition is offered for teacher-supported course placement with provisional CEFR estimates. Independent expert review of all 115 items and seven texts, a genuine learner pilot, empirical standard setting and rater benchmarking, product-name clearance, and solicitor review of the licences and checkout terms remain open. Software QA and simulated examples are not assessment-validation evidence.
