I am a customer service specialist, earned my expertise in BPO setting for over 4 years handling and assisting customer’s concerns. I have spent most of my career as an inbound-voiced agent but have been exposed as well to email, chat, and little outbound calls for doing follow-ups. I was trained and gained experience from being a General Customer Service Representative, Billing Expert, Technical Care Representative, and even as a Collections Agent.
