Xylos: The Garden of Mutant Echoes - AI-Assisted Film Project

“Xylos: The Garden of Mutant Echoes” is a short experimental AI‑assisted film that explores a surreal alien world through vivid, dreamlike imagery and atmospheric sound. It combines AI‑generated environments with original generative music composed by me, using creative editing to build a hypnotic, looping journey that feels both cinematic and otherworldly. The piece showcases my skills in creative direction, AI video and audio workflows, and editing for mood and storytelling.
My role & tools
I handled the entire creative process: concept and script, visual prompts and worldbuilding, AI image and motion generation, generative music composition, and final editing. The stack includes Stable Diffusion / Kling AI / Hailuo AI for visuals, Riffusion (now Producer AI) for original music, and CapCut for sequencing, timing, and post‑production.
I also repurposed the original horizontal version into a vertical format for mobile screens, carefully reframing each shot so that the key action stays centered and visually strong in both aspect ratios.
