Project Management Travel Startup

I helped a travel company build out their project management tool for the product and engineering team that combined kanban style and agile in order to create a custom process. The team of engineers were able to have deadline-based weeks integrated into their normal task clearing. The project tools used were Notion, Linear and Github.
