Online order management platform

We have designed and implemented a completely new online ordering channel to increase the automation of the ordering and payment process for a public sector customer.

The platform requires authentication using the government issued ID card to identify the citizens or company representatives. The system integrates several third-party API's to obtain data from the original sources. At the end of the ordering flow, the order can be paid online using credit or debit card through the integration with a payment provider.

Upon order completion, the order is sent to a partner company to complete production and fulfillment.
