Cloud Infrastructure Development

This project was for a self-driving vehicle manufacturer. I acted as a DevOps engineer and oversaw the cloud infrastructure development.

The most important tasks revolved around:

• Setting up compute instances

• Setting up services: front-end server, back-end server, convergence service

• Setting up staging and production environments

• Sizing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes resources

• Setting up pipelines for automatic build, test, and deployment cycles

• Integrating the application with the internal security system

• Managing internal users of the application

• Assisting with complementary emergent cloud infrastructure needs
