A social-documentary project exploring the depths of gender affirmation through capturing the processes in which individuals take a step closer to reaffirming their gender identity.

A project created by those who are disregarded as ‘attack helicopters’. Our identities are used as the punchlines in witty quips and the sign of the end times in many Christian sermons.

This project was fuelled by a lack of representation for non-binary people within the UK. I found myself struggling to find many photo books featuring solely non-binary people as their own identity. So, I decided it was about time I created a project featuring non-binary people, created by non-binary people.
