Chat features on digital products take companies and developers a long time to build, as this may take months to perfect the solution. We sought an easier way to solve this problem for developers and enterprises needing a chat feature in their products.

METHODS
I was involved in the entire research phase on how to build messaging products. Oversaw the design of components, testing them before adding them to the chat UI. I ensured the design language suits all demography of users across various fields of work types, as different businesses would use Robin SDKs.
