Social Needia LCC is a woman-owned marketing agency that specializes in working with charity organizations, non-profits, and small businesses. Established in 2016 the founders are well known for their work within in their own community in the Washington DC area and a majority of the clients are found through word of mouth connections. Because of this, their website has not been a main focus of their business. 

Social Needia’s current website falls short in fully showcasing the agency’s capabilities. Although Social Needia's marketing services are well-regarded within their community, potential clients visiting the website may not be familiar with the agency. Therefore, potential clients can only rely on the information that Social Needia communicates online.

The goal is to restructure Social Needia’s website to better reflect the impact of their marketing services on the community and to increase their reach to potential clients.
