Project Management for 3D Virtual Tour

This is one of many photography photoshoots I coordinated and managed for my team. For this particular shoot, I:

Contacted & hired photographer

Gathered all needs, shots taken, angles, time(s) of day from the client

Coordinated a flight and hotel room for the photographer

Educated our photographer on what was needed for the photoshoot

Remotely put together an itinerary and shotlist via Google Sheets and information given. I was able to completely coordinate out the photoshoot with timing, location, ensuring guests weren’t in view and making sure our photographer was ready to go and able to capture all of the spaces necessary

Once the shoot was over, I was able to collect all of the deliverables to our content team. They were able to edit the photography and make our project look as good as it does!
