This client is a Los Angeles real estate apartment developer who acquires his properties through various forms of outreach but wanted an outreach tool that created inbound business in the form of marketing mailers.

Details🏚️

This client asked me to create a mailer that was straightforward, aggressive, used the method of scarcity for limited time, and removed the emotional math for a potential prospect. Through explaining that while the mailer was from a developer, and the stereotype is typically a "lowball' offers come from developers – this developer would not do that and in fact offer a "as-is" price.

Results🤑

This single mailer was used over the course of 3 years for various zip codes, resulting in the closing of 8 real estate deals that yielded a minimum ROI of 8% and, on the higher end, generated a profit of close to an 11% ROI.
