Trellus, founded in 2021, initially concentrated on establishing a robust delivery network to support local businesses in selling and delivering their products. However, they soon identified the necessity for a new approach to compete with major players.

I helped them create a simple and easy-to-use app for their same-day delivery marketplace to fully utilize their business partners and delivery network.

The new app offered a familiar and intuitive experience across both iOS and web platforms for customers when it came to discovering and ordering products directly from local businesses nearby.
