Mobile App Builder

In this project, I was responsible for developing a third-party Mobile App Builder tailored for Shopify merchants. As a Software Developer, my main task was to design and implement the frontend components of the Mobile App Builder dashboard, leveraging React, Typescript, and Javascript to create a responsive and intuitive user experience. The goal of the project was to provide an accessible platform for store owners to design and customize mobile app themes for their Shopify e-commerce stores without requiring technical expertise.

A core feature I developed was a drag-and-drop interface, allowing users to easily select, arrange, and configure various mobile theme components within a simulated mobile app environment. This real-time visualization capability empowered users to build and preview their mobile app layouts instantly, making the design process highly interactive and user-friendly. By dragging and dropping pre-designed elements, users could personalize their app’s look and feel to align with their brand and enhance customer engagement.

This Mobile App Builder enabled Shopify merchants to create engaging, branded mobile experiences that appeal to modern consumers who prefer shopping on mobile devices. The project gave users complete creative control over their mobile storefronts, enabling them to establish a unique mobile presence. My contributions significantly enhanced the platform’s usability, empowering merchants to reach wider audiences through a custom mobile experience.
