PROJECT OVERVIEW
Buddy is an app that offers offers adequate and organic nutrition according to each animal's profile. Due to increased awareness of the impact nutrition has on the quality of life of animals, this app collects information about each pet and proposes a balanced and natural diet.

How can we provide and offer the best nutritional and organic recipe considering the needs and particularities of each pet?

USER RESEARCH
I began the user research with an empathy map to understand the pain points users experience when buying food for their pets. The participants were mainly pet owners who don't have time to go shopping or pretend to offer a quality and organic nutrition to their pets.
Throughout this study, I discovered that owners feel frustrated due to the limited availability of organic, natural ingredients and vegetarian options. They expressed a desire for more diverse offerings and the ability to track their orders online.1. Time
