Anti.football

This project served as the proof-of-concept for a larger project run by myself and my partner. Our aim was to develop a website-based fantasy sports game from scratch, so we could use it in our future endeavours. The deadline was very strict because it is tied to real football season.

My responsibilities:

Identified the right developers and designers.

Shaped our idea into work plan developers could understand.

Supervised development process day-to-day.

Coordinated QA testing.

We successfully developed the game from the drawing board to the official launch in less than 9 months and met our deadline. anti.football currently has over 1000 players and has served as a stepping stone to reaching investors for our main project.
