Shades of Cool is a cultural commentary newsletter by Eva Rizk. The name is a reference to one of my favourite Lana Del Rey songs but is also my way of encapsulating what this newsletter represents: everyone’s unique perception of trends.
We each live on different sides of the internet. In Shades of Cool, I analyze how they translate into our offline lives.
Eva Rizk is a girl who struggles with the thought that she’ll never be able to consume every piece of media in existence. She’s a freelance writer and fashion copywriter. She also holds a BA in communications and cultural studies.
