What we set out to accomplish : Redesigned marketing promotions and collaterals for a skin care brand. They were doing well however hit a plateau. Only two things was preventing the business from growing further - branding and digital marketing.
Problems that we were trying to solve : Increasing brand awareness, increasing market share of home grown, natural skincare brands in Malaysia. Focusing more on social media and influencer marketing to increase brand awareness on social media platformS, younger consumers.
How we arrived at our solution : Gathered information via surveys from existing customers and potential customers. Re-structured the entire brand identity & brand mission to curate an effective marketing campaign for their skin care line by going through every single detail such as brand purpose, mission, persona and etc. Invested in better materials, packaging, labels, photography and videography.
Results : Better, bolder, cleaner logo, labels, and collaterals. Fully functioning website with payment gateway. Influencer marketing with 10 affiliates at the moment. 20% increase in sales within only 3 months. Achieved KPI such as Marketing Qualified Leads, New Customer Conversions and increase in Social Traffic (14% above expected KPI goals). Increased in revenue by 27% in only 3 months. Attracted 2 investors and 3 media coverage.
