Unolo: Field Force management Tool

All business applies many sales tactics to generate good sales. but there are several challenges in field force management small to medium size businesses cannot build products to manage their field forces. Unolo is solving the problem by giving the field force management product.

Unolo allows businesses to manage field force attendance, task management, and location tracking. But the app was not converting better because of bad UX.

I was responsible to re-design UX/UI for the app so app can: 1) increase speed and efficiency, 2) have all the information at their fingertips (attendance, settings, orders) 3) Make leave management intuitive 4) overviews pages to check monthly activities

Tracking activities of a person. Allowing them to manually punch in the Punch-out facility, schedule shifts, and generating monthly reports.

Requirements: I have planned to do some initial research that helps me to understand end-users and helps me to design better. • Surveys • User Interview Goals: The goal was to design an interface that allows users to use the main functionality. Which is PUNCH-IN/OUT. Also, design a map that allows them to track clients and tasks.

After initial research, I decided to start designing some user flow to come up with a rough idea that how the app should work.
