Starting as a casual VA assisting with small tasks, I quickly grew to take on creator support, connecting with content creators experiencing technical issues with their account, and building relationships with prospective creators looking to join the platform. Previously using Intercom, I now primarily use Zendesk to connect with current and prospective Creators and customers using email and live chat.
