As an interaction design consultant, I’ve crafted strategic, user-centric interfaces for a variety of industry leaders from banking to food service. Melding research, strategy, and empathy for the user into problem-solving, innovative—but not unnecessarily complicated—designs. Here are a few high-level snapshots of my work for a select few clients:

This project entailed building an end-to-end “single-pane-of-glass” experience for the bank’s cybersecurity team—combining case management, backend automation, task management & more. As the project’s lead interaction designer, I was responsible for translating complex JSON data and siloed analysis processes into a clean, intuitive user experience that catered to the needs of more than 30 diverse user groups in a reimagined UI.

Our consulting firm was enlisted by a leading US Bank to transform their outdated Excel-based Small Business Loan calculator into a modern, intuitive, and WCAG-compliant web interface. As the UX designer on the team, I created a sleek ‘associate-led, client-friendly’ product that facilitates transparent conversations between banking associates and consumers during the loan calculation process.

I supported management consultants in driving operational change within a bank's internal treasury management team, overhauling antiquated practices such as manual record printing, heavy Excel use, and sporadic, unorganized email communication.

My primary role was evaluating and strategizing improvements for the TM team structure. I conducted a comprehensive analysis of existing workflows, identifying pain points and creating documentation for strategic future planning sessions.

This client, a leading food distributor serving a diverse range of sectors, faced significant usability challenges with their consumer-facing website.

As the lead analyst on the team, I spearheaded the effort to enhance the online user experience. Collaborating closely with an SEO specialist and a visual design director, I employed Nielsen's Heuristics to pinpoint and address product flaws, ensuring smoother user interactions.

Additionally, I conducted an in-depth competitive analysis to ground our strategy in solid insights, creating actionable usability recommendations for the client.
