From kitchen to website: Showcasing Kala’s creative culinary magic

KALA’S KIMCHI PROFESSIONAL BRANDING AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION FOR A BROADER AUDIENCE

Kala Sung is a Copenhagen-based chef, food consultant, and the creative force behind Kala's Kimchi, known for her modern and innovative take on traditional Korean kimchi. As a curious eater and enthusiastic cook, Kala is famous for her vibrant personality and the charismatic energy she brings to every project. She skillfully blends her diverse interests, using food as a creative medium to inspire, educate, and push the boundaries of gastronomy. Kala's Kimchi specializes in creating unique culinary experiences, including pop-ups, special dinners, talks, artistic endeavors, and workshops.

Before my involvement, was recognized locally but lacked a cohesive and polished online presence that matched the uniqueness and professional caliber of Kala’s work. Kala’s brand needed a strategic direction to highlight her creative culinary projects and vibrant personality while presenting her work professionally and engagingly.

I collaborated closely with Kala to revamp her website and unify her diverse projects under a cohesive creative vision and refine her personal branding. The aim was to create a platform that not only showcased her culinary talents but also captured her dynamic spirit and innovative approach to food to attract bigger brands, engage in global initiatives, and elevate her profile beyond the local scene.
