About the Project:

The goal of this project was to launch an online course to teach the content of The Conversion Code in monthly drops. The main plan was to have a big launch in August, push for new enrollments again on Black Friday, and then simply promote each new drop in the months that followed.

Deliverables:

- Plan the course syllabus and module drop dates
- Plan and oversee all social media and email promotion
- Managed deadlines, content creation, and content uploads
- Managed communication with course members for new features and drops
- Helped edit course videos and graphics
- Monitored and improved the user experience within the course
- Ensured all course content was clearly organized and user-friendly
- Promoted the course to our target audience via email, social media, and SMS to grow the enrollment numbers

What I Did:

We used Thinkific to build the course and used social media, SMS, and email marketing to promote the launch.
After the launch, I helped organize, design, and implement all ongoing communication with students to encourage engagement with new modules and live streams.

Results:

Revenue for the course totaled over $50,000 in the first quarter and has gone on to enroll over 600 students on a monthly subscription model.
We added over 1400 contacts to our ManyChat list through DM campaigns for The Conversion Club. Below is one of the campaigns:
