The project entailed interviewing the employees of The Kenya Revenue Authority on their satisfaction with their jobs and whether they were comfortable with the environment they were working in. This project was a contract that was given to VAS Consultants who had hired me alongside others to help in carrying out the project. After the three-week project of intense interviewing and research in the Kenya Revenue Offices, we managed to come out with findings that have since changed the numbers in terms of employee output to a positive trajectory and ranked among the top five employers with the best work environment in the country.

The Spark ✨

This project happened to be one of the best contracts VAS Consultants happened to have secured and so they sought my skills in Data Analysis and even invested in training me alongside the other four Researchers whom I led on skills in interviewing and the software we were using to conduct the research. This project was given to an external consultant to prevent bias by the Kenya Revenue Authority in giving feedback when an internal system was used. The goals of the Kenya Revenue Authority was to view the feedback of its employees on the jobs they were doing how satisfied were they and whether they felt that their skills matched the work they were exposed to.
