Process & Strategic Contribution: I rebuilt the investor narrative around SaralBuild’s SARAL principles — Single-Stop Solution, Accessibility, Reliability, Affordability, and Leading Transparency — to position the company as a modern, trust-driven platform for home building and renovation. Through founder interviews and market research, I transformed scattered service details into a clear investor storyline focused on the core tension: urban families need reliable, budget-friendly home solutions without the stress and opacity of traditional contractors.
The deck reframed SaralBuild’s offering as a joyful, reliable, “ease-on-nerves” alternative backed by vetted professionals, transparent pricing, and structured processes. I also redesigned the visual flow to highlight market potential, traction, customer personas, and the 2025 vision — enabling investors to quickly understand the scale of the opportunity and SaralBuild’s differentiation in a fragmented industry.
