Senior Housing Concept | Investment Deck Design

💡 INTRODUCTION & MY ROLE

I was part of a real estate start-up engaged in developing a concept for a new model of senior living, focused on creating vibrant and hybrid communities for self-sufficient seniors in Europe's most interesting and lively cultural locations.

The project attracted the attention of private and institutional investors and is currently being evaluated by potential real estate developers.

My activities consisted in providing extensive market research and background for product development, as well as providing insights for the design and architecture of the spaces. I have also managed and executed the research and design of the concept brochure and investment decks that have been successfully presented to local and international investors as well as institutional stakeholders.

✨ MY WORK

I provided presentation design, infographics design and graphic design services as well as market research and product design analysis.

I managed and executed the design of the concept brochure aimed at describing the project and its architectural and commercial potential. This document was successfully presented to various shareholders such as: architecture firms, construction companies and real estate developers.

Following the concept phase, I have developed the investment deck that was successfully used to discuss the project with various private and institutional investors as well as public and government companies and insurance banks.
