Clients seek a solution for their start-up airline to develop a user-friendly online platform that prioritises speed, ease of use, and intuitiveness, rooted in comprehensive insights into their target demographic - Target audience, consists of modern travellers seeking efficient and hassle-free flight booking experiences, within the ages of 18 -45

🎯Objectives & Goals

Efficient Booking: Design an app with a simple, quick booking process, reducing steps and integrating features like saved preferences for a faster experience.
Personalised Experience: Create a personalised app journey using data insights, offering tailored recommendations and deals to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Google Survey: Learn more about the goals of people that use airline apps: 
What they are trying to do.
Whether anything is preventing them from doing it.
What other features they would like to see.
Competitor Analysis: Review four mobile apps to gain insights on how best to design your own website or app.
Learn how best-in-class websites and apps solve the problems we are trying to solve.
Understand the conventions we should follow.
Highlight best practice that we should emulate.

📁Research Analysis

Conducted affinity mapping with the qualitative information about the users and grouped it by category.
Create a flow diagram of the user's interaction and expeirence through the app to fix issues that were uncovered in the research.
Wire-framing and interaction design: Sketch the screens and flow for the mobile app booking process.
