Carbon Footprint Analysis & Decarbonization Strategy

I led a comprehensive sustainability project for a public company with a turnover of over €100 million, where I gathered and analyzed Scope 1, 2, and 3 data across multiple business units. This involved working closely with different departments to capture the full spectrum of their carbon emissions, from direct operations to supply chains and end-product life cycles.

The data collection process was complex, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders across the business. I ensured that the information gathered was accurate and aligned with international standards, setting the foundation for a robust decarbonization strategy. Using the collected data, I developed a tailored decarbonization plan that included specific actions, timelines, and a clear breakdown of both Capex and Opex requirements to drive emissions reductions.
