The Client + Objective

Krysallis are a private therapy, mental health and wellness company that moved to an online therapy model and wanted to build awareness of their new offering. This also meant moving into new markets outside of the UK, where they expanded their offering to Europe, the US and Canada. My key objective was to market their online services through their content and social channels, to reach these new markets and position them as specialists in the space.

What I did

I audited their social channels, and built a strategy which focused on opening up discussions about mental health. Achieving conversions and sales in this industry is tricky territory, so it was important that content was created with the target audience in mind and that boundaries were maintained.
As I'm by no means a mental health professional myself, I brainstormed and worked with the therapists to build out a content plan. I then created written, image and video content for their blog and social channels.
My channel strategy was to raise awareness of mental health issues and engage with those who were struggling, by making the krysallis social channels feel like a safe space online.
Channels managed: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

Results

Social media conversions increased from 2% to 20% of overall conversions
Increased social media followers by 70%
120% increase in organic website visitors
60% increase in ranking keywords
Krysallis received new clients from all over the world including New York and India
