Multichannel Shopify Buildout to Boost Sales

Goal:

The client had no online presence and relied exclusively on selling in-person to local customers. The goal was to create an online store to increase sales and acquire customers in new markets.



Solution:

I built a robust Shopify store, enabling multichannel sales and unlocking new markets. The store seamlessly integrated with their Salsify PIM, ensuring hourly updates of product information. Products were listed on the store itself, plus Amazon, eBay, and Facebook for maximum exposure. To enhance the customer experience, I optimized product descriptions for SEO, implemented live chat support, and offered popular buy now, pay later payment options.
