RAAST Payment System Project (State Bank of Pakistan): As the lead architect for the RAAST Payment System—a state-of-the-art real-time payment solution for the SBP—I successfully delivered a transformative project that received official endorsement from the Government of Pakistan. This project has significantly advanced financial inclusion and digital payments within the country, allowing me to play a pivotal role in shaping Pakistan’s financial ecosystem.

Leadership & Strategic IT Solutions: My tenure as Senior IT Director at both State Bank of Pakistan and National Bank of Pakistan allowed me to lead cross-functional teams, architect large-scale solutions, and implement network & infrastructure projects that improved operational efficiency, security, and scalability for key financial institutions.
