Partnering with a worldwide service provider to build a sales pipeline automation service in HubSpot meant outlining the flow and the underlying process steps required to get the customer engagement through each stage from Lead to Deal. This was then used to configure the deal stages, pipeline and automate workflows in the CRM (in this case HubSpot)
