In this Sales Pipeline project using Power BI, I designed an interactive and real-time dashboard that provides a vivid visual representation of the sales process, opportunities, and performance metrics. My aim was to offer the client a comprehensive tool to track their sales process from the inception of a lead right through to its closure. By doing so, they identified bottlenecks, anticipate future revenues, and make well-informed decisions to fine-tune their sales strategies. With this dashboard at their fingertips, the client will not only gain a better understanding of their sales journey but also enhance their decision-making processes.
