Angel Beach Unawatuna, Sri Lanka's first-of-its-kind beach club, hired Antyra Solutions for their full branding. As part of the creative team working as a Creative Specialist, I was tasked with designing a property map for marketing materials and social media. The map needed to capture the character of the location and work across both print and digital formats.

Vintage illustration style — Rather than a standard floor plan or satellite-style map, I went with a hand-drawn vintage aesthetic. This gave the map personality and made it feel like something worth sharing on social media, not just a wayfinding tool.

Hand-drawn to digital — The illustration started as hand-drawn sketches on paper, then was digitized and refined in Illustrator and Photoshop. This kept the organic, hand-crafted quality while allowing precise control over layout, color, and typography.

Property storytelling — The map doesn't just show where things are. It communicates the feel of the place: the beach, the surrounding landscape, the layout of the club. It's a marketing piece disguised as a map.

Multi-format delivery — The final artwork was designed to work across marketing materials and social media, scaling from large print formats down to Instagram-friendly crops without losing detail or legibility.

Delivered a complete vintage-style property map illustration for Angel Beach Unawatuna's marketing and social media channels. The hand-drawn approach gave the brand a distinctive visual asset that stood apart from typical property maps, reinforcing the beach club's identity as a unique destination.
