- Researching, designing and testing a Creative Studio suite which turned a previously huge internal production effort into a self-serve design tool for clients to create, manage and evaluate their own integrations.

- Running user & stakeholder workshops throughout different projects.

- Usability testing sessions with primary users

- Whiteboard lo-fi wireframes, mid-fi wireframes with Miro and hi-fi designs with Sketch. Prototyping with InVision.

- Rebranding the company giving it a modern aesthetic, expanded colour palette, accessible fonts and clean iconography.

- Creating a global design library to boost efficiency for future design projects.

- Introducing an internal product release process and external product newsletter updates.

- Producing new designs for B2C integrations that boosted our client’s conversion rate by 20%.
