Led the Android Academy, a one-month intensive training program, aimed at transforming Java Desktop and Java EE developers into proficient Android developers.

Empowered the newly trained developers to independently create apps, specifically contributing to projects under the Expleo - Parrot - McLaren Automotive Partnership.

Built the VDC (Vehicle Drift Control) app from scratch using Clean Architecture & MVVM successfully integrating it into the existing McLaren AOSP stack
