Shopify Makeover Drives Conversions

Goal:

A successful event planner launched a Shopify store to sell products, but sales weren't happening. The store felt confusing, making it hard for customers to find what they needed, especially when customizing products and boxes. The client also wanted to use their existing email list, managed in MailChimp, for targeted marketing.



Solution:

I gave the Shopify store a makeover to turn it into a sales machine! To make things easier for customers, I redesigned the home page and built special landing pages for different segments of the customer base. These pages showcased relevant products and made navigating and ordering products simple.



Boosting Sales: I added a user-friendly "build-a-box" feature to simplify ordering custom products and boxes. I also improved the store's look and feel with a clearer layout, well-designed product pages, and easier-to-use navigation.



Email Marketing: Knowing the value of their existing email list, I connected their Mailchimp account to the Shopify store. This allowed the client to send targeted email campaigns and grow their subscriber list and sales with targeted sign-up forms, special welcome discounts, and automatic workflows for abandoned shopping carts.
