For Belong Gaming Arenas, I led the design of a comprehensive digital ecosystem, including a web app and companion mobile app. The project involved creating an intuitive booking system for high-powered gaming PCs and consoles, integrating features like subscriptions, selectable seat maps, and a robust event system. My service design efforts, particularly in developing a QR code login system and real-time booking extensions, significantly reduced staff workload during peak hours. Throughout the project, I maintained a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and future feature additions.
