Goals: To showcase how a user-friendly platform can simplify the process of listing and booking unused spaces.

We were drawn to this project by the untapped potential of unused spaces in cities, where real estate is both scarce and expensive. With rising living costs, earning a side income has become increasingly important for many. This project allowed us to explore how we can simplify turning idle rooms into profitable or recreational spaces, thereby contributing to both individual financial well-being and community enrichment.

In bustling metropolitan cities, unused spaces often go unmonetized due to various obstacles. Property owners find the process of listing, managing bookings and ensuring a secure transaction to be cumbersome and time-consuming. On the other side, individuals and small businesses struggle to find cost-effective, trustworthy spaces for work or recreation.
