Project Brief
In a logic of growth, the company Nos Alliances decided to improve its processes by moving from manual data entry on paper to an internal software centralizing all tasks that can be simplified.
At the beginning, the company filled out order forms on paper and then migrated to a data entry software. However, it had some flaws related to the user experience in addition to not being in a trendy design.
I also imagined new functionalities that could be integrated into the company's office suite such as an internal messaging system, a ticketing system, a satisfaction form and a sales team organization tool.
My role
- Conducting interviews with salespeople using the current solution
- Observe the usage directly during trade shows
- Benchmark and observe graphic trends
- Study the best ergonomic practices related to the sales profession
- Create mock-ups and prototypes of interactions during the user journey
- Accompanying the IT developer until the deliverable is online (provision of resources, modification of mock-ups, etc.)
